Hello all, thank you for your emails. If I haven't responded it's not cause I don't like you or because I'm a jerk. I'm just super busy with life, my day job, and the newborn. Please be patient and I'll respond as soon as I can without stressing myself out too much.
I love the custom business, but there's a huge difference between taking custom orders and just simply purchasing a bunch of "widgets" and selling them on ebay. It often takes dozens of emails to get a custom order finalized, which is - as you can imagine - time consuming and difficult to keep track of.
